Sam Beam lives in Austin, TX and makes music under the name Iron and Wine. September 2002 saw the release of his debut album, "The Creek Drank the Cradle". Since then he has released "Our Endless Numbered Days", "Woman King", "In The Reins" (a collaboration with Calexico) and is currently touring his most recent release "The Shepherd's Dog".
